Primary Functions

To oversee the running of a restaurant/cafe and food beverage department. Ensure the efficient management of the restaurant & maintain to establishment’ standards. Supervise payment of diners bills, check bookings and greet all diners on arrival. Responsible for all restaurant service employees. The successful applicant will have a Diploma in Management or previous experience as these
Minimum 2 years of work experience in hospitality industry management positions.

• Setting menus and food pricing
• Ordering and monitoring supplies
• Rostering staff
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and client relations skills.
• Special consideration will be given to people who can speak Thai/Chinese but not necessary.
• Flexible to work late at night and on the weekend.
